Randy Rabon and Family

Randy Rabon was born (10/11/65) and grew up in Columbia, SC. He was brought up in a “church going family” but it wasn’t until his early teen years when he realized that his life did not match up with what he had been taught all through his childhood. A relationship with God became his priority during 9th & 10th grade and he continued to grow spiritually throughout high school. Afterwards he enrolled in Columbia Bible College (now Columbia International University) where he crammed a four year degree into a decade of formal education. The best part of his college experience was meeting Melina Wilder of McLeansville, NC who became his wife in June 1986, soon after her graduation from CBC. Randy graduated in May 1993, with a B.S. in Bible and Theology with minors in Education, Music and Student Ministry. He has been in ministry since 1983 and has served churches in SC, LA, GA, PA and NC. Randy has worked with congregations of all sizes, styles and settings which have gained him experience in ministry to all ages, as well as in the areas of music & worship ministry, and church administration. He and Melina have two awesome sons, Johnathan (11) and Nathaniel (8).
